Dre Libreros is an award-winning Executive Producer with over 20 years of experience leading ambitious creative productions across North America, Latin America, and Africa. Known for pairing strong creative instincts with operational rigor, he has helped bring bold, culture-shaping work to life for global brands across telecommunications, financial services, CPG, tech, and entertainment.
Originally from Cali, Colombia, Dre began his career in post-production at the multi-award-winning Cut+Run after earning his BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. There, he worked on campaigns for Brand Jordan, Johnnie Walker, and Verizon Wireless, and contributed to the branded entertainment documentary The World’s Greatest Music Stores for Nokia, directed by Wim Wenders and featuring David Bowie.
Driven by a deep love of storytelling, Dre moved into production and co-produced Alicia in Africa, a documentary featuring Alicia Keys that was honored by The Webby Awards and aired on Channel 4 UK. He later produced Keep a Child Alive with Alicia Keys, a multimedia campaign sponsored by CoverGirl that premiered on Showtime.
In both New York and Bogotá, Dre co-founded Neuplot.tv, a creative studio focused on developing and producing original and branded content across formats and platforms. His work there included executive producing Pambelé, a scripted series based on the Colombian bestseller El Oro y La Oscuridad, and the documentary Rehearsal Space, featuring Sonic Youth’s Lee Ranaldo.
Over the course of his career, Dre has produced work for brands including Verizon, JPMorgan Chase, Allstate, PwC, Honey Bunches of Oats, Evian, Amazon Alexa, Merck, and Pfizer. He has led complex, multimillion-dollar campaigns with a reputation for building the systems, teams, and production frameworks needed to deliver high-level creative work at scale.
Today, Dre serves as Executive Producer at Omnicom Production in Los Angeles, where he helps lead integrated production across film, content, and modern campaign ecosystems. His background spans agency, production company, post, and entrepreneurial leadership, giving him a uniquely expansive view of how to make great work happen in a fast-changing industry.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find him somewhere between Los Angeles and New York, attempting a pull-up, dancing to Martin Rev, obsessing over architecture, or deep in a film spiral with Andy Warhol, Darren Aronofsky, or something equally unhinged.
